By accessing or using the Yacht Club Algos platform ("Service"), operated by Buckeye Physical Therapy LLC, dba Yacht Club Algos ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Yacht Club Algos is an algorithmic options trading software platform that provides automated trade execution, supply and demand zone detection, and AI-powered chart analysis tools. The Service connects to your brokerage account via secure OAuth authentication. We do not hold, manage, or have withdrawal access to your funds.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You must maintain an active, funded brokerage account with a supported broker (currently Charles Schwab) to use live trading features.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Access to the Service requires a paid monthly subscription. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service connects to your brokerage account via OAuth. We never store your brokerage password and do not have the ability to withdraw funds from your account. You are solely responsible for ensuring your brokerage account is properly configured and funded. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Charles Schwab or any other brokerage.
The Service is a software tool that executes trading strategies you configure. We do not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or any form of financial guidance. All trading decisions are ultimately your responsibility. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance, including backtest results, does not guarantee future results. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial trading purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any trades will be executed successfully. We are not responsible for brokerage outages, API failures, market data delays, or other third-party service disruptions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
